*Rewards are deposited in the calendar quarter following completion of the activity. Associates must be enrolled in an Anthem medical at the time the reward is being paid in order to receive the reward.
What is a Health Reimbursement Account (HRA)?
Associates in the Traditional Plan are automatically enrolled in an HRA, where pretax dollars (earned by completing Rally activities) can be used to pay for eligible medical, dental and vision expenses.
Any unused money in your account at the end of the year is forfeited. Check your balance regularly and plan to use all your money.
Expenses must be incurred between January 1, 2026, and December 31, 2026. You have until March 31, 2027, to file for reimbursements.
